Elite 24 finished its 5th season of competition on the AAU circuit lead by Greg Dundon and assistant Omar Leary. The program has grown significantly and now fields team from their 17 and under team down to 4th grade. They have been very successful the last 3 years.
In the spring, they played a lot of games and racked up a record of 29-3. They played in 5 tournaments, in which they played in semi-finals in every tournament and won two tournaments, including the Big Foot Las Vegas Grand Opening - a prestigious tournament in Las Vegas.
In the summer, Elite 24 went 12-6 and never finished lower than 8th in any tournament they competed in.
The highlight wins of the summer included wins over nationally ranked teams, Emerald City Pioneers (WA), ICP (OR), Rashard Lewis All-stars, German All-Star team, Clutch (OR), and Friend of Hoop (WA) among several others.
Spring:
5-1 - NW Premier Showcase (Won Pool; reached Final 4)
6-0 - Las Vegas Grand Opening (won Pool; Won Platinum bracket championship game)
5-1 - Pump Brothers Salem Tournament (Won pool; reached Final 4)
7-1 - Memorial Day Classic in Bay Area (Won pool; reached semi-finals and lost to Oakland Soldiers)
6-0 - Rose City Showcase (Competitive Bracket) (Won pool; Won Championship with an average margin of victory over 30 pts)
Summer:
5-2 - NW Premier Summer Showcase (Won pool, reached Quarter-Finals)
1-3 - Double Pump Event (Reached Quarter-Finals)
6-1 - Las Vegas Fab 48 (Won pool, reached Quarter-Finals)
Overall Elite 24 finished an impressive 41-9 for the AAU season.
