Oklahoma Impact is a 501(c)3 non profit organization based out of Oklahoma City, OK. Mission: Oklahoma Impact AAU is to plan, promote, and supervise a comprehensive and extremely competitive summer basketball program that places emphasis on academics and socialization, while providing an enjoyable environment. We hope that each student athlete's experience with the Oklahoma Impact AAU will lead to a successful college career and future endeavors.
Objectives: Putting Student-athletes in front of collegiate level coaches with hopes of earning an athletic scholarship Find student-athletes and presenting them with an opportunity to represent the Oklahoma Impact. Participating and winning top tournaments in the country. Help find businesses and individual in Oklahoma City who is willing to invest or contribute to the future of Oklahoma City Student Athletes.
History of Program: Oklahoma Impact will enter their 3rd season as an AAU Program in Oklahoma. Entering this season with a 56-24 overall record, with great accomplishments. This past season, Impact finished 4th in the gold bracket at Great American Shootout, The Jump-off with a 5th place finish, Winning 3 local tournaments in Oklahoma city and representing our city with great class and sportsmanship. Ending our 2011 season in the Fab 48 tournament in Las Vegas, NV and had a 1-3 overall record out there against top competition in the country. Losing all three games by 1pt. Our 2010 campaign we finished with a overall of 24-10 record a semi final appearance in the Prime Time National Championship. A semi final appearance in the Houston Shootout. Competed in 3 local tournaments in 2010 and finished in top ten of each of those. All of our class of 2010 kids have went on to college and currently continuing their education and athletic career.
As it is our goal for our kids to achieve, but also become a better person once their time is ends on the court with the Impact. Our 2011 class is currently receiving interest from NCAA Mid major d1 programs, D2, and D3. NAIA Div 1 and Div 2, and junior colleges.
