Connecticut Stallions AAU Basketball Program is focused on teaching and training our kids in the fundamentals of basketball with an emphasis on preparing them for the next of level of play in high school and hopefully college. “A commitment to excellence on and off the court” is a motto that our staff, coaches and players will live by. We like to emphasize that we develop our own players. We currently have staff that have been coaches of other AAU teams in Connecticut, have taken part in coaching summer leagues throughout the state and have worked with kids within the community effectively and efficiently. We are proud to field teams in multiple grade divisions for our current 2016 Spring/Summer Season Boys teams.
Education is important to our organization so we provide our players with educational resources and support such as tutors and mentors. These services are provided to make our players more competitive and marketable for scholarship opportunities. By competing in high profile basketball tournaments, located in cities throughout the U.S., our teams gain valuable exposure to college coaches and recruiters, thus making scholarship opportunities available to our players. We will strive for academic and basketball development of our players as well as expose them to colleges on every level to ensure a better tomorrow for our players.
