The Blazin’ Heat Elite aspires to be an outstanding educational-athletic organization that provides a high-quality experience to every athlete. A high-quality experience is one in which every athlete:
* Develops an understanding that shows academics is our first priority for every participating athlete
* Coaches are positive and motivate the athletes to become the best individual they are able to
* To teach the athletes to support and build upon each others' strengths
* Learns the skills, tactics, and strategies of the game and improves as a player
* Builds an understanding for the value of achieving at higher levels based on effort that is extended in all venues that the student-athlete participates in
* Extend experiences outside of the student-athletes norm, allowing for a wider base of knowledge along with having "fun"
* Provides an outlet for our youth to be in a positive environment that allows them to showcase their skill along with their character.
