The Erik Spoelstra Basketball Academy is changing the way youth basketball is taught is South Florida. Our innovative basketball development organization provides a structured, positive and fun environment for boys and girls to improve their individual skills while learning the values of teamwork. Our goal is to improve the culture of youth basketball by emphasizing advanced technical fundamentals, leadership development, and sportsmanship. Our community's most respected basketball coaches and leaders guide and mentor our year-round training programs and select teams. The ultimate vision is to help academy members develop their skills and basketball intelligence to become well-rounded players, outstanding teammates and positive influences in the community.
