The mission of the Loudoun Basketball Academy (LBA) is to foster an environment for player development, both on the court and in life. Loudoun Basketball Academy (LBA) believes that the pursuit of excellence in the areas of academics and basketball helps develop maturity and self-confidence. LBA understands that basketball has positive effects in the lives of participants. Basketball with LBA plays a vital role in teaching kids fundamental values like a strong work ethic, self-confidence, a healthier body, and good sportsmanship. We strive to ensure the experiences a player has with LBA Attack will be beneficial throughout his lifetime. The focus of LBA is the development of the complete young adult. Our goal is to maximize the development of the individual through programming that challenges each player, a coaching staff that adheres to high standards, and stressing of strong work ethic on and off the court. LBA is resolute in dedicating its time and resources to the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of playing basketball and instilling the core values
