WHEW!!! A week after the live period events, AAU slows down a little this week. I want to send a special shot out to 2 Adidas sponsored teams. Game Elite and Atlanta Celtics both went 5-0 at the Adidas Gauntlet in Dallas last weekend. As the season progresses, Georgia will stand out as the top state for AAU basketball. Stackhouse Elite ,another Georgia Adidas program,went 4-1 in Dallas. New Heights,jumps out of the gate as the frontrunner on the Under Armour circuit.They won the Pitt Jam Fest Without further a due, here is a look at this week's top AAU events.
1.BOB GIBBONS Tournament of Champions- 64 of the top AAU teams in the south battle it out.Traditionally,this is one of the top spring events.
2.BILL HENSLEY RUN N SLAM CLASSIC- 64 of the best teams from the midwest will clash in Indiana this weekend.Big matchup Friday night, Indiana Elite vs All Ohio Red
3.FUTURE 150 BIRMINGHAM- Teams from MS,AL,TN,and LA converge to Birmingham
