4. Keep role playing players on the court as long as they rebound.
5. Getting on the floor for loose balls should be a religion.
6. Make the team battle amongst each other for starting positions .
7. Coach must be enthusiastic about high energy and good defense.
8. Encourage hustle plays that result in turnovers or demonstrate aggression.
9. Have your larger players go to the gym to ensure a more dominating demeanor.
10. Don’t get caught up in only scoring. A team should be solid not flashy.
11. Provide a consequential environment which is non-negotiable.
12. Pain comes with love. Good brotherly love is how players win together and make their season a great experience.
