During Winter Break, Brandon McCoy and the rest of his Cathedral Catholic team based in California travelled to Chicago for the Proviso West Holiday Tournament. Looking to show the State of Illinois that California can hang with the best in the Land Of Lincoln, they opened up with a big 58-54 victory over New Trier high school.
Throughout the tournament McCoy averaged over 20 points a game, 10+ rebounds a game, and around 4 blocks a game. Although he is not the most flashy he definitely shows why he is one of the top 20 recruit for the class of 2017!
