1. The Spring /Summer club grass roots circuit has begun like wise a number of player moves have taken place.

- Ben Simmons from Nike Team Florida to E1T1

2. There is speculation that a number of elite talents from California will be on the move this off-season. Elite 2017 forward, Billy Preston formerly of St. John Bosco is weighing a possible move to Redondo Union. Preston's former teammate Tyler Dorsey (Arizona commit) has been linked to a number of schools most heralded of which is Findlay Prep. Village Christian's dynamic SF, Bennie Boatwright may be looking for greener pastures, Gary McKnight's Mater Dei program feels like the logical landing destination for the silky shooter. Nothing has been confirmed to this point.
3. Las Vegas Review-Journal reports, Findlay Prep head coach Jerome Williams is leaving the program after just one season at the helm.
4. Malik Monk of Bentonville/ Arkansas Wings started off the EYBL with a signature performance in Sacramento. Monk went for 59 points in a double overtime loss to All-Ohio Red.
5. Myles Turner, the No. 2 player in the 2014 ESPN 100, committed to Texas. Over Kansas, Duke, Oklahoma State and Texas A&M. The 7-foot, 240-pound center gives the Longhorns a future pro in the rotation and an immediate-impact player.
6. Mayfair (CA) dynamo PG, four star Kendall Small committed to Oregon University.
7. Elite scoring PG, King McClure of Triple A Academy (TX) committed to Baylor.
8. Allonzo Trier of Montrose Christian / Athletes First is poised to reach epic heights this club season leading into his senior campaign. His leadership and attitude set him apart from 2015 elite guards.
