1. Hoophall Classic – A loaded field with possibility of 10+ teams ranked in the top 25 come tournament time, a field not many, if any other tournament will have. 2. Tarkanian Classic – Will have a crop of top 10 teams that will match up against each other which will lead to some phenomenal match-ups in the city of sin. Teams: #6 Bishop Gorman, #3 Mater Dei, #HM Bishop O’Dowd, #1 Findlay Prep, #7 Prime Prep, #10 La Lumiere, #24 Montrose Christian, #13 Redondo
3. Chicago Elite Classic – With some of the best talent in the Chicago area mixed in with nationally recognized programs from across the country, this one day extravaganza is a must watch. Teams: #2 Whitney Young, Simeon, St. Rita, Marian Catholic, #23 St. John Bosco, Gonzaga
4. City of Palms – Another year, another great tournament field. This tournament brings in great star power mixed in with great teams. Teams: #19 St. Vincent St. Mary, #23 St. John Bosco, #21 Lincoln, #2 Whitney Young, Greenforest Christian, Denver East, #14 Montverde Prep
5. Flyin to the Hoop – Another great tournament in January when the smoke settles, so will be good games to see teams and who has improved faster. Teams: #1 Findlay Prep, Roselle Catholic, Northland, #19 St Vincent St Mary, #7 Prime Prep, Sunrise Christian, Miller Grove, #9 Huntington Prep,
6. Bass Pro Tournament of Champions – A top heavy tournament that will have some very special semi-final and a great final game barring an unforeseen upset. Teams: Christ the King, #HM Wesleyan Christian, #17 White Station, #14 Montverde Prep
7. Les Schawb – Top northwest teams going against some of the top teams from across the country. Teams: Central Catholic, West Linn, #6 Bishop Gorman, #23 Rainer Beach, #2 Whitney Young
8. Chick-Fil-a Classic – Another top heavy tournament in a state that produces some great amateur basketball tournament settings. Teams: #8 Oak Hill, Arlington Country Day, #HM Wesleyan Christian, Blanche Ely, St. Frances Academy
9. Iolani Classic – An interesting tournament that is played in Hawaii, some of the local talent get to go against some of the best talent from across the country. Teams: St. Rita, Roman Catholic, Hamilton, #17 White Station and West Linn
10. Max Preps Classic – One of the larger volume tournaments on this list but lack some of the powerhouses many of the other tournaments have. However there are some of the best teams from Southern California and some good teams from across the country. Teams: Christian Brothers College, Etiwanda, JSerra, Westchester
