Located in one of the biggest hotbeds in the world for prep basketball, Meanstreets has developed into one of the most prominent Elite Youth Basketball squads . Similar to fellow Chicago-based AAU program Mac Irvin Fire, Meanstreets utilizes the elite talent in Chicago and the surrounding area. Boasting star alumni such as Derrick Rose and Eric Gordon, Meanstreets has become one of the most recognized AAU basketball programs nation-wide.  They just enjoyed another solid season, finishing 12-6 and qualifying for the illustrious Peach Jam in South Carolina.
