After an exciting weekend two 14u teams have punched their ticket to the Indi World Championships that will take place in San Diego from August 3-5. The Indi East Regionals were hosted by IndiHoops, located in West Berlin, NJ . The top teams from the east coast played to determine the east coast representatives in the Indi World Championships.
After a long and hard fought tournament, NY Dragons and Team Final have earned an automatic bid to the Indi World Championships. The NY Dragons defeated Team Final in the championship game.
The NY Dragons went 2-0 in pool play by defeating We R 1 Dogs (51-47) and CM3 Elite (54-40). On Sunday, they defeated Middletown's Finest and Team Final in the championship game.
Team Final also went 2-0 in pool play by defeating Keystone Blazers (50-31) and Middletown's Finest (40-34). On Sunday, they defeated We R 1 Dogs (47-45) but lost to the NY Dragons in the championship game.
