In 2009, Team Rampage Head Coach and trainer Brandon Bracy, was a senior at Vallejo High School, competing on the basketball team. Two of his teammates were Joe Pastrana and Alfonzo Hatten, while a young freshmen by the name of Santana Esver, was on the Junior Varsity basketball team. At the time, these four athletes were making a difference on the basketball court for their school. Seven years later, these four former Vallejo High School athletes, are now making a difference for the city of Vallejo as coaches for Team Rampage.

In late 2014, Brandon Bracy and director Antonio Hodges, decided to start an Elite AAU Basketball Club in the northern part of the bay area, called Team Rampage. The team started off with just a varsity team coached by Brandon Bracy, which consisted of local players from Jesse Bethel, and Vallejo High School. In the fall of 2015, coach Bracy would open up by coaching a 14 and under team, which is ranked in the top 10 in the bay area in some polls. Bracy would bring on Santana Esver onto the staff, to help coach the 14 and Under team.

As 2016, rolled in, Alfonzo Hatten and Joe Pastrana decided to leave the Vallejo Knights, to join the Team Rampage basketball club, while bringing the 9 and under, 11 and under, 12 and under, and 13 and under teams. This move would put Team Rampage over the top with youth basketball in the northern part of the bay area. As Team Rampage continues to grow, so does the four former Vallejo High athletes, who have decided to coach now. Bracy will be taking over the Varsity team this summer, while Esver will be running the junior varsity team. With Pastrana and Hatten, now coaching, It is safe to say that these Vallejo High Alumni are on a Rampage!
