PEK Impact was founded in 2007 by Paul King, Damon E. Pitts & Ked Novembre. These three gentlemen had a joint vision to establish an organization that was truly able to meet the needs of the young athlete. The PEK Impact coaches have over 15 years of experience actively working in the local community, coaching sports, and working with youth of all athletic abilities. The founders successfully coordinated and managed the youth basketball program at the Montclair YMCA, which is affiliated with NJ YMCA Basketball League for youth ages 9 to 14.
