HC Elite’s goal is to offer a high quality program to local players. We are committed to developing local players. We are looking for serious players who want to compete at the highest level. The objective is to take our teams through their high school careers. Our coaches have already had proven success developing youth players into high school players, with many of those players going on to play college basketball at every level. Our formula for success has been developing skills at practice while competing in high level events whenever possible. We stress fundamentals, intensity, hard work, unselfish play and developing a high IQ for the game. Most of our teams are comprised of the top players from Howard County, with additional players from surrounding areas like Carroll County, Baltimore County and Montgomery County.
