The Mo Williams Academy (MWA) was established as a premiere destination and resource for elite student-athletes to enhance their athletic skill development. It is home to the some of the nation’s most talented basketball student-athletes. Moreover, it is our goal to prepare student-athletes to successfully transition from high school to college; while arming them with the tools to be leaders in life as well as champions on and off the court. At MWA our student-athletes are exposed to and provided with exemplary skills training in an environment conducive to learning.
At the helm of MWA is Maurice “Mo” Williams, member of the National Basketball Association’s Cleveland Cavaliers. Mo and the MWA staff are committed to the total development of all student-athletes throughout their matriculation in our programs. It is our goal that the experience of each student-athlete will be framed within a context that instills self-discipline, dedication, drive for success, pride in performance, respect for others, and a lifelong love of the sport.
