We are a new girls AAU basketball organization dedicated to teaching, developing, challenging and promoting female basketball players. Our mission is to provide a competitive safe environment of excellence for female student athletes as it relates to individual basketball skills, self-confidence, basketball IQ and team values. Fusion 5 has two primary goals: development and exposure. The focus is on individual offensive and defensive skill development, team concepts and basketball IQ. It is our belief and philosophy to maximize player potential through an accountability system we call “Fusion 5”, created and taught daily by Coach Davidson. Fusion 5 emphasizes five different attributes essential to being a successful all-around basketball player and person. Each attribute is necessary and equally important for an individual to possess and demonstrate in all aspect of her life. The combination of these 5 attributes creates fusion; the process of joining together to form a single entity. Fusion is what every successful basketball player must strive for and obtain to reach maximum potential on and off the court.
