In 2012, Program Filling the Lane developed from a partnership between Brothers United and The B.Rich Project, Inc. This program hybrids the sport of basketball, academic/personal workshops, and community service projects to provide a platform for holistic development. The goal is to supply each of our student-athletes and their family the resources to make improvements…not only on the court but in life. We take great pride in assisting our athletes in the completion of their school studies and preparing them for the pursuit of advanced education and/or gainful employment.

The program's mission is to help youth and families achieve desired dreams by filling the gaps with education and holistic development.
