The Colorado Rebels are a non profit youth competitive basketball organization based in Colorado Springs, CO Our mission is to "Change the Landscape of Youth Competitive Basketball in Southern Colorado." We accomplished this by providing opportunities for year round player development and providing opportunities for players to compete at a high level. We compete year round in various leagues and tournaments.
Our most competitive teams travel out of state to compete in national tournaments and are comprised of some of the top players in Colorado at their age level. We also field developmental teams for local in state leagues and tournaments. Team Structure is based on a players age/grade beginning with 4th grade(10U) through high school (15U, 16U, 17U). Our coaches have been involved with youth basketball in Colorado Springs for over 10 years and have coached a combined total of over 1,000 games. They are dedicated to improving player skills and performance through a balance of challenging players to perform to their potential and providing positive feedback when they do.
Our coaches work hard and our players work hard! We conduct year round fundraising to assist with travel cost, league and tournament entry fees, uniforms, gym rental, and other various costs. Our goal is to manage the direct cost impact to players though fundraising.
