After working out for several teams in the 2008 NBA Draft, Alex Harris was not selected by any team. He has used this experience to motivate him to train harder and smarter throughout his professional basketball career in Europe. In 2012, Harris started First Step Basketball Camp in order to teach the proper fundamentals of the game and help kids to achieve their basketball goals, whatever they may be. In addition, the members of First Step have dedicated themselves to using the game of basketball to teach valuable life lessons ands skills for success.
