Idaho Select is Idaho's premier club basketball program.
Idaho Select began in 1998 as Boise Valley Select. It was started by local high school and college coaches that wanted to give some local kids a chance to show their basketball talents in front of college recruiters. From there, the program grew into a regional program that included kids from all over the Northwest. In 2005, Idaho Select went through a transition from strictly a basketball-based program to a youth development program. The program established a 501(c)(3) non-profit arm called the Idaho Select Player's Fund, Inc. which raises money through a wide variety of local corporations and individual contributors as well as events such as the Northwest Premier Invitational, BAM Jam 3x3 Tournament and our annual auction.
